About this toolkit

This website provides support for schools (school leaders and staff teams) in strengthening the inclusiveness of their community.

In developing this toolbox a consortium consisting of 7 institutions from 7 countries brought together their expertise on inclusive communities, school development and shared leadership.

Schools from Estonia, Finland, Romenia, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Canada contributed to the toolkit by testing elements, providing critical feedback and co-creating parts of the toolkit.
